- Release 02.347 is available for downloading. The Updates to Pacioli/400 Accounting Suite Version II lists all the updates and enhancements and directions for downloading and applying the release.

- EDI processing was implementer for the Pacioli/400 Accounts Receivable applications. The customer where this was first implemented processes thousands of payments and invoices each month. The EDI application and feed automatically applies payments as well as credit and debit adjustments regardless whether generated by the vendor or customer, tremendously reducing the workload of the AR personnel.

- A new version of Pacioli/400 Accounts Receivable was successfully installed at one of our large customers, this version uses the latest technology of coding and contains many additional features and functions.

- Feedback from our customers on both ControllerVision II and Power Ledger II have been very positive. The ability of reprinting financial statements, journals, trial balances, and transaction registers from prior years has been a blessing to many of our customers' accounting departments.

- Advanced Logic Solutions, Inc. has been awarded the role of distributor for the SpoolFlex utility we helped develop for DRV Technologies, Inc.

- Our Kiev, Ukraine development team has completed the contract for the coding of the SpoolFlex printing utility that DRV Technologies, Inc. is currently developing. The utility allows the manipulation of AS/400 spool files, including the output of their contents to .html, .pdf, and .csv files for use in archiving and emailing, among other purposes. - ControllerVision II and Power Ledger II are ready for customer ship.

- A Windows client for Power Ledger has been announced by Advanced Logic Solutions, Inc., and should be ready summer, 2003. Also announced was the second version of the venerable Power Ledger portion of our accounting suite. It should ship near the end of August, 2002.

- MAPICS, Inc. has decided to begin support on our ControllerVision I application effective August 1, 2002. Any customers who ordered ControllerVision I through MAPICS, Inc. will have to call the MAPICS support line for support for this product under their purchase contract. However, Advanced Logic Solutions will continue support for ControllerVision I upon request. Customers willing to migrate to version II of our software should contact our sales department to obtain a quote. ControllerVision II contains significant enhancements, including but not limited to, support for multiple-year inquiry, expanded column control code lengths, inquiries into detailed journal history, archiving capabilities, up to nine budgets, etc.
